Billing and shipping address requirements:
We can ship your order wherever you like in the United States, but no matter where we are shipping your order, your billing address are required and needs to match your credit card statements in its entirety. Upon checkout, be sure the shipping address is the same us the billing address. Drop shipments, gifts and shipments to non-billing address are accepted via the website only otherwise please call 800-961-6615 to place your order with our Sales Team.
Are accepted via the website only thru Paypal, Chestnut Micro is not responsible for duties and taxes on international shipments. Should you have a VAT/BAT number, please provide that upon placing an order.
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Returning an item:
Chestnut Micro products are tested as they come in our door and then again when they leave, however, occasionally a product needs to be returned due to defect or error. We will do our very best to ensure that your order arrives without any issues. Please fill out this form to start the return authorization process:
Once submitted, you will be contacted within 24 business hours via email with an RMA number. A restocking fee could apply. Products must be in the same condition received and the serial number must match the serial number shipped from our facility. We are not liable for any freight damages or lost shipments that may occur on returned product.
Restocking Terms & Conditions:
Chestnut Micro reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee on: product ordered incorrectly, refused shipments, factory sealed product returned opened, unless the product was defective from us.
We allow 10 days after the sale for all products to be returned before the product becomes non returnable.
